12 Sessions a Month

This plan is perfect for those aiming to train three times a week while maintaining the flexibility to balance a busy lifestyle. While the goal is two classes per week, your credits stay with you throughout the month.

12 Sessions Total: Use them at your own pace throughout the month.

Built-in Flexibility: If you miss a session one week, it automatically rolls over to the next. You can "catch up" by doing three sessions the following week or doubling up when it suits you.

Engine Rooms

3 Sessions Per Week: Optimized for high performance and sustainable recovery.

6-Week Program Blocks: We move in dedicated cycles, allowing you to master movements and track measurable gains before we pivot to the next challenge.

Why it works: By training in 6-week blocks, we eliminate the guesswork. You’ll follow a progressive plan that builds your strength and aerobic capacity systematically, ensuring you never hit a plateau.

Open Gym Only

For CrossFitters who can’t attend the scheduled classes but still want to train in the box.
No coaches are present during these sessions, it’s completely independent training.

Drop-in Session

For CrossFitters that are in the area and need a gym to train at whilst they’re away from home, or for those who do not want to commit to Monthly Payments.

258 Kids

CrossFit Kids (Ages 5-9)

A fun, friendly, and fitness-focused class designed to help kids stay active, build confidence, and develop foundational movement skills. These sessions provide a safe and engaging environment for all fitness levels!

  • Tuesdays | ⏰ 15:45 - 16:30

  • Saturdays | ⏰ 08:15 - 09:00

Pre-Teens

Pre-Teens (Ages 10-14)

A fun, friendly, and fitness-focused class designed to help pre-teens stay active, build confidence, and develop foundational movement skills. Introducing them to Strength Training, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and more! These sessions provide a safe and engaging environment for all fitness levels!

📅 Sessions:

  • Tuesdays | ⏰ 16:30 - 17:15

  • Saturdays | ⏰ 09:00 - 09:45

💰 Pricing:

  • £10 per session

  • £85 per block of 10
